1. Definitions

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Registration Process

Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is strictly permitted to register and operate only one Account on the bet229 platform. If bet229 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same name, same email address, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — bet229 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts without prior notice, void any associated bets or bonuses, and permanently retain any balance in duplicate Accounts.

4.4 Promotional Changes

bet229 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion and are actively satisfying its wagering requirement at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of claiming the offer.

5. Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

Cricket markets including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and ICC tournaments are subject to the standard cricket betting rules as published on the Platform. Where a match is abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs before the minimum qualification threshold is reached, bet229's cricket-specific void rules will apply and stakes will be returned.

5.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension by bet229

bet229 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any associated Balance, bets, bonuses, or winnings, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Unauthorised use of another person's payment method or identity.
• Operating multiple Accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• Any conduct that bet229 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or bet229 itself.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bet229 Support via live chat. Any verified Balance remaining at the time of Account closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and provided that no active withdrawal restrictions apply.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and indemnification obligations — shall continue in full force.

8. Intellectual Property

Unauthorised use of any Intellectual Property owned by or licensed to bet229 may give rise to a claim for damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

bet229's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bet229 Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet229 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Players is governed by the bet229 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. 11. Amendments to These Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable competent courts. Nothing in this clause limits bet229's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any specific bonus terms, and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bet229 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver. A failure by bet229 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged in writing by an authorised representative of bet229.
• Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of bet229. bet229 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
• Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency.
